Board meetings are held at the
Hawthorn Woods Village Hall,
2 Lagoon Drive at 6:30 pm.
Board Member elections take place at the May meeting.
As an association we are governed by a set of by-laws. These by-laws are put into action by unpaid volunteers. This voluntary Board of Directors are elected by the HWIA membership in staggered terms of two years. The board currently allows for nine (9) seats to be held.
