HWIA Projects

In addition to the regular maintenance of our open areas, gardens and ponds, the HOA resolved the following issues:

·  Rebuilt entry pillar toppled by a vehicle at the Hawthorn Drive Entrance

·  Replaced Lighting Fixtures at Hawthorn Drive Entrance

·  Removed several trees damaged in storms

·  Replaced the broken bench at Teardrop Pond  

·  Replaced the entry signs to our subdivision at Lagoon Drive, Circle Drive, and Hawthorn Drive

- Repaired grass area off Lagoon Drive by the ponds. Due to Village ordinance, parking is allowed only on the street and not the grass areas

We established new subcommittees:

·  HWIA Common Area Beautificaiton Committee

·  HWIA Fundraising/Community Involvement
